How We Source Jobs

FieldJobs aggregates job listings from multiple sources including direct employer postings, job boards, and company career pages. We focus exclusively on HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing positions in major metro areas.

Verification Process

Every listing goes through our quality scoring pipeline. We verify employer information, check for duplicate postings, and flag listings that appear outdated or suspicious. Verified employers receive a badge on their company profile.

Pay Data

Pay ranges shown on FieldJobs are sourced directly from job listings. Our salary snapshots reflect the compensation data reported across active postings and are updated daily.

Ranking & Relevance

Job listings are ranked by a quality score that considers factors such as pay transparency, employer verification status, recency, and whether the job was posted directly on our platform.

Data Freshness

We update our job listings daily. Positions that have been filled or are no longer active are automatically removed. Each listing displays a freshness indicator so you know how recently it was posted.
