How do candidates find my jobs?
Your jobs appear in our trade-specific and location-specific pages, which are optimized for search engines. Workers also find jobs through our SMS alert system, which delivers matching jobs directly to their phones.
What is a "direct" vs "aggregated" listing?
Aggregated listings are jobs we find on other job boards and include in our search results with a link back to the original source. Direct listings are posted by employers through FieldJobs, giving you a branded presence, direct applications, and featured placement.
Can I post jobs for free?
You can claim your company page for free, which gives you a basic listing. To post direct job listings with featured placement and receive applications through FieldJobs, you will need a Pro or Enterprise plan.
How do SMS alerts work?
Job seekers sign up with their trade, ZIP code, and phone number. When you post a matching job, they receive a text message with the job details and a link to apply. This reaches candidates who may not be actively browsing job boards.
Do you offer contracts or commitments?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Our founding employer offer gives you 50% off for 6 months with no commitment beyond that.
What trades do you support?
We currently focus on HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. We plan to expand to additional skilled trades based on demand. If you hire for other trades, contact us to discuss early access.
